CANCELLATION POLICY

• Consultation Appointments: If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

• Service Engagements: For ongoing consulting services, project management, or other contracted work, cancellations may be subject to the terms outlined in our service agreement. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution.

• Project Delays or Changes: In the event of project delays or changes that impact the scope of our consulting services, we will strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. Any adjustments to timelines or deliverables will be communicated promptly, and we will work with you to minimize any inconvenience.
