    • Scheduling

      • A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of scheduling.

    • Consultation Process

      • A detailed project proposal, including scope of work and estimated timelines, will be provided within 5 business days after the consultation.

  • Project Proposal and Agreement

    • Agreement Signing

      • A formal agreement outlining the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms will be signed by both parties.

      • A 10% deposit of the estimated project cost is required to secure the agreement.

  • Project Planning and Execution

      • TWDG LLC will create a detailed project plan including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

      • Clients will receive regular updates and have the opportunity to approve each phase before proceeding.

    • Execution

      • TWDG LLC will oversee the execution of the project, ensuring all work is performed to the highest standards.

      • Regular site visits and quality checks will be conducted.

  • Communication

    • TWDG LLC prioritizes clear and consistent communication.

    • Clients will receive weekly updates on project progress.

    • Any issues or changes to the project scope will be communicated immediately.

  • Quality Assurance 

    • All work will be inspected upon completion to ensure it meets our quality standards and client expectations.

    • Clients will have the opportunity to review and approve the completed work.

  • Completion and Follow-Up ​

    • Final Inspection

      • A final walkthrough with the client will be conducted to address any remaining concerns or adjustments.

      • A completion report will be provided, detailing the work done and any warranties applicable.

    • Follow-up

      • TWDG LLC offers a follow-up service 30 days after project completion to ensure client satisfaction.

      • Any issues identified during this period will be promptly addressed.

  • Payment Terms 

    • ​Payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement.

    • Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval.
    • TWDG LLC accepts payments via check, credit card, or electronic transfer.
