REFUND POLICY

• Consultation Fees: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted. This fee covers our consultants' time and expertise in assessing your home improvement needs and providing personalized recommendations. Payment of all fees is required before the consultation can begin.  

• Service Fees: In accordance with the terms outlined in our service agreement, refunds for our consulting services for project management and ongoing support may be issued. A refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the services provided and any terms and conditions that may apply. 

• Deposits and Payments: Payments made for specific services or materials will be subject to the refund policies of our subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. To the extent possible, we will facilitate refunds in accordance with the guidelines provided by these third parties.
